Each service may be subject to specific usage terms provided within the respective module's interface.

3. Use of the Website & Modules

You agree to use our website and infrastructure modules only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from attempting to breach the security of the system interface, bypass identity proxies, or engage in any activity that disrupts the global infrastructure reliability.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and logic schemas included on this website—such as the "Pegasus AI Engine" and the individual product interfaces (Image Studio, KO Studio, etc.)—are the property of Pegasus Tech.Works and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Payment and Digital Delivery

Payments for services (such as Image Studio tiers or SaaS subscriptions) are processed securely through authorized payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal). As these are digital services or software subscriptions, delivery occurs electronically through the system interface.

6. Security & Data Purge

Specific modules like Image Studio operate under a 30-day permanent purge mandate. Users are responsible for downloading their finalized assets within the provided 30-day window, after which all project-associated data is irrevocably deleted.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the region where Pegasus Tech.Works is established.
